Dan Wainstock, Ph.D.
Director for Research Integrity
Dan is the Director for Research Integrity at Harvard Medical School (HMS). He coordinates assessments of potential research misconduct for HMS and its affiliates; he is also increasingly involved in outreach and collaboration with practicing scientists, as part of the ongoing effort to support the culture of research integrity at HMS. His scientific training in developmental genetics (Ph.D. Biology, Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and nearly 15 years of editorial and publishing experience in the fields of cellular and developmental biology (Cell Press) inform his perspective on many aspects of research reproducibility.
