Research Security Training on Harvard Training Portal (HTP)
Research Security Training is an integral component of a Research Security Program. The goal of Research Security Training is to raise awareness and ensure that risks are identified, raised, and addressed by the appropriate offices. Harvard Research Security Training includes the following components listed below.
Research Security Training must be taken by Covered Individuals which includes but not limited to PIs, Co-PIs, Senior /Key personnel and individuals named as investigators on a Federally Sponsored project at Harvard.
Training must be completed and reported in GMAS prior to Federal award set-up, and annually thereafter during the life of the federal award. The annual renewal will be in the form of an update/refresher.
